Lower interest rate for credit cards. Recorded message at first, then I hit the prompt to say I'm on the DNC list. The person then hung up without any apology.

credit card debt - it started this is your last call which it never is. please lock these people up or seize their equipment and fine them so bad that they cant open up again. this is getting ridiculous

A live respondent then hung up on me when I asked to remove my number.

These people do not stop calling even after being told many times to quit calling. These are the people that say it's "Card Services" when I do get someone on the phone and the recorded message says something about lowing the interest rate on credit cards When I picked up this time I did not even get the recorded message. Their system just hung up. I have some addresses that I found that may or may not be correct:
