Lower the interest rate on credit cards - we have received this call for approx. 5 years, any time, morn/noon/night. Name on the caller ID shows Zeeland" I believe this is the same call that comes from various numbers around the country. I never reported in the past because I didn't know that I could. A couple of times I have pressed "1" to speak to rep and as soon as I ask them "which card are you calling about" they immediately hang up
