I received a call from Bank Card Services offering to lower my interest rates. I told them I did not want to provide my personal information and when I began to ask questions they hung up on me.

calls itself bankcard services. Wants to consolidate credit card debt. Always says it is the second and last time they are going to call. They have call multiple times over the last year at least two or three times sometime more a week. Have tried to tell them not to call us but they always hang up and keep calling.
