Caller says that I will be receiving discounted insurance rates by mail shortly. I have never received anything to date and have been receiving the calls for months.
See comments above in #7. Given that I am on the do not call list, I should be able to sue this entity for the sheer volume of unsolicited calls I receive on weekly. It is hard to accept that there are not better processes, laws, and rules in place to weed out these kinds of companies from being able to call US numbers at any time. How will you put them put out of business? As a citizen, I have to just take this phone harassment. Changing my cell # is not an option. Melissa Wetzel handled my last complaint - very nice, but her hands were tied as to the lengths she can go to help citizens end this kind of phone harassment. We, as US citizens, should be able to sue these scammers for every call they make to us. It really isn't an option in today's world of tech scams to push a button that their automated mssg states will stop their calls. That could be a scam, as well. Melissa agreed and recommended I put no buttons per their direction.
