I had the same problem - Every time I changed my number they kept calling. I switched to a phone company called www.flexnetvoip.com which offers free call blocking and automatically blocks all known Debt Collectors - It has unlimited calling for only $10.25 a month - Maybe this will help you.

Called the number back and requested to have my number removed from their call list and have not rec'd any further calls.

calls me 3 to 4 times a day everyday for 3 weeks, never leave a message just keeps calling. no answer either. Is it scam / fraud? That's what they stole my $100 three weeks ago from my checking account visa card. Fraud !!! This need to stop and must inform FBI immedaitly.
