A woman's recorded voice said, "This is a very important message about your credit card". I then hung up the phone. I've received the same call 1 or 2 times before, but didn't make note of it.

Bank Card Services has contacted a minimum of 3 times a week. Sometimes more! I placed them on my phone's call block and they change their telephone number which is a ghost, and call me again and again. They convey the following message: "This is your last chance to lower you interest rate on your credit cards."
These calls have occurred for at least three years. "PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP!" I have tried talking with them as if I wanted their service and as soon as I request they cease calling me, they hang up. Other telephone numbers they use are: 616-980-2030; 305-868-8710.
