Credit card services. Wanted to lower my credit card interest rates, etc. I have received about 2 calls per day for the last couple of months

"Card Member Services" offering to lower our credit card interest rate. These people are repeat offenders. I pushed 1 to speak to a live agent trying to get more information about them (i.e. corporate office, telephone #, etc.). As soon as you start asking questions, they drop you like a hot potato! They are always people with foreign accents and they are relentless in changing their phone numbers so blocking doesn't get rid of them for long. Why can't you track these people down?? It's frustrating to report and report and the same people continue to call.
