The call was a prerecorded message saying it could lower the payments on my credit card and this was the 2nd and final notice. It said press "1" to get the rates and I pressed 1. A guy answered and spoke clearly and said thanks for waiting, what can i help you with and i stated to be removed from the list and he clearly hung up the phone.

Sounded like it was from my credit card company, going to lower my monthly payment. When I selected 1 to speak to a representative, I asked the woman what company she is with. She hung up on me. I then called the number back and my only option was to leave a message
