Caller ID shows the company as 'CARDMEMBER SERVICES"...this is your final chance to lower the interest rate on your current credit card. they can call up to 3 times a week, even tho we have asked not to call us. Most of the phone #'s shown are 1-888 or 1-800, but won't accept return phone calls. I have spoken to their reps asking not to be called again & they HANG UP ON ME!!

I receive so many telemarketing calls about credit cards reductions, etc., and I waited for a representative and spoke to a lady and I was nice to her and asked who I am speaking with and she hung up on me. How rude! A few days ago I received a call and I went to explain that I know they are only doing their job and before I could ask them to please remove my # from their list, she hung up on me. I am so sick of these people! I am ready to file charges on them for harrassing me! It's considered harrassing communications 3 or more continious calls!

The message always says "This is your second and final call to qualify for a reduced credit card interest rate. This is part of the economic stimulus..." then it prompts you to press 2 to take advantage of the offer. No option to be taken off contact list.
