Received a pre-recorded call at my WORK number "congratulating" me on winning a free computer. Who falls for this stuff? Like anyone is going to win a free computer when they haven't even entered any contests or filled out any forms? Additionally, I would NEVER reveal my work number as my contact number. I "opted out" by pressing two, and I'm sure the request will be ignored and I will continue to receive calls. Is anyone doing ANYTHING to stop these scammers? The number belongs to Lucre, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI which is a company that among other things, sells or leases lines in bulk to other companies. Apparently they have no concern at all with whom they do business. http://www.lucre.net/contact.php. I consider this a scam because the pre-recorded message is a lie and is misleading. I didn't WIN anything because I never ENTERED to win anything.
