They have called my house a total of 18 times in the past 5 days to my house, I finally got fed up and blacklisted the call, this plays the SIT Tone and a disconnect message, the company is still calling and wont quit, what a bunch of morons. and Yes I will never again become affiliated with BANK OF AMERICA, they are a bunch of crooks that sell your name to companys like this that will harass you into an early grave, nothing like paying a company to sell your personal information and have other companys call you for more money, what is the world coming to. Not to mention when I did talk to the REP, they were constantly rude and verbally abusive, we should sue these jokers maybe then they would get the point.

The last time I spoke with BoA they advised that they were turning the information I gave them over their legal department. I confess to being puzzled that, to the best of my knowledge, no legal action appears to have been taken to date.
Might I suggest that you folks call BoA's customer service. Ask to speak to a manager. Then ask them to pursue this and mention the fact that BoA is having their reputation besmirched by these bums. (Mention this and other forums.) Also contact your state's Attny General's office and ask which department pursues such matters. Then file a complaint.
Finally, as I've noted before, I purchased a Panasonic wireless phone with call blocking. Worked like a charm. I haven't heard from these SoBs since.
