This person texts me and wont tell me who it is. He / She is harassing.

Person calls from his main number of 617-222-0784 and then calls from this number. He prank calls and won't leave me alone.

This person keeps calling my cell phone at all hours of the day and night, waking me up and text messaging me the same thing over and over for 15 minutes straight. He will not leave me alone, I have asked him nicely to stop harrassing me and he just tells me to bill him! Not sure what his problem is, but he is a menace.
