They just keep calling even if I answer, never say who or what the call is about. Can't stand this. Telephone Co or Fed regulatory service needs to track them down.

It is a pre-recorded message claiming that they are from "card services" calling to lower my credit card interest. I have received numerous calls with the exact same recording coming from different phone numbers and every time I have waited through the stupid message to report that I am on the do not call list and ask for the business name, the person that picks up is rude about it or hangs up on me without bothering to identify the company.
