They claim that if you act quickly they can lower your credit card rates, they always claim that this is your final notice.....one could only hope...but I've recieved at least 20 to 30 of these calls over the past year, I've dold them that I am on the do not call registry and I've asked them numerous times, to put me on their do not call list...but I still get these annoying scam calls
