Card Services is a phone scam that claims to be able to lower your credit card interest rates. A recorded message says to press one to speak to a representative. I did so and a person came on the line. They asked for my credit card information. I knew it was a scam but I asked for some information about the company so that I could report them. When asked for even the most basic company information like a street address "John" the man I was speaking to became very rude, yelling at me and saying that I could keep paying high interest rates if I want. I hung up at that point. I have received several call from this company from at least three phone numbers, I have listed two above. Please stop them. I am not naive enough to tell them anything but they should not be allowed to prey on others in this way. Thank you.

Pre-recorded message from "Ann" indicated it was the final notice to receive lower credit cards rates. When the call came in, I pressed "1" to speak to an operator, and told them I did not want to be contected and to be taken off their list. I received a call from the same number on 4/26/2012

I did a reverse call look-up to try and find these people.. The website said level 3 communications was the provider.. I called level 3 communications and they told me that MCI-AT&T were the carrier.

they call from a variety of numbers multiple times a day and hang up when asked to remove from their list. cannot call back because not active numbers or go direct to voicemail with fake name or mumbling.

It goes on about being eligible for lower interest rates, says "must act now" "consider this your final notice" blah, blah, blah...press 1 now. But when I press 1 and ask them to stop calling this number, they just hang up on me. AND KEEP CALLING!!!
