Offered to reduce my credit rates by taking advantage of recently reduced Federal Reserve interest rates. Pressed "1" to speak to an agent. When the agent answered, I asked to be removed from their call list, since I've gotten several calls from this number on my business mobile phone. They hung up on me immediately.
