They tell you in the recorded message that they can lower your credit card (how do they know I have a credit card?) and to press one to talk with an operator. When you press one and ask to be removed, they are VERY rude and hang up on you.

Robot-call eluding that OUR bank wants to lower interest rates on credit card. The message when answered live request hitting “1” to talk to someone. This did not allow connection and was dropped. Most of the time it leaves very long message on Voice Mail. I’m unable to request not to call. Robot call failed to transfer to live person. When attempted to return call to Caller ID, received message someone’s Mail Box was full and was disconnected.
