ILLEGAL Pre-Recorded Msg saying I'd been 'upgraded' to be eligible for a 'free Walmart gift card.' Suspect this is CREDIT CARD PHISHING.

Called in afternoon, on my cell phone, unwanted, unsolicited phone call. Don't answer! Report it!
I think they are affiliated with other #'s that keep calling me. Waste of their time not mine....I never answer #'s I don't know.
