VOXBONE SA show as caller ID for this number today and a noisy room background sound. Left no message

This is AMEYO, a "predictive internet customer dialling service" apparently located in Boston, MA. They "robodialled" me several times, asking to enter "your account number". No indication what account. When I pressed 0, "account number not recognised - please call customer service", with no indication what number to call. Apparently the software does not recognize the 2012 congressional legislation making "robodialled calls" illegal unless there is an established business relationship (charities, political surveys excluded). These calls are therefore illegal in terms of FTC regulations as well as a nuisance.
