dont bother looking up the numbers, they are all spoofed (faked) -

what you need to do is go through a sale with fake information and get them to email you the contract, to which you can forward to authorities being it has the IP information in the headers, showing where it has been sent from.

This is one of the best ways to track them down.

You will also get the company header and potential information from attachment they send you.

They keep calling my phone after i have asked to be removed from their calling list. Who do I contact to resolve this problem?

This company engages in deceitful marketing, representing themselves as the holders of your car's factory warranty. They have called three times after being asked to remove my phone number each time.

I have continued to receive calls from this company even though I've informed them that already have extended warranties on all of my vehicles. Today I asked them to add me to their do not call list. The screener said he had an option in his computer applciation to flag my number for no calls. We'll see what happens.

called me. They completely lie because they told me my warranty expired. I don't even own a car. I pretended to be interested in order to get more info. Once I had info, I asked politely to be removed from their call list. They said they needed my number to do this. Is it just me, or does no one else trust giving their number to telemarketers as well? I said if they better hope not to call me again, or I'll report them. They did, so I did.

Despite FOUR separate requests, these guys PERSIST in calling. "Warranty Help Desk" - this is the last call we'll be making. I WISH! they are relentless. I hung on today and for the third time got a live body. I played dumb and told them I did want a warranty - just to get further in and find out how to get off their lists! But they wouldn't give me a sales number - they assured me they'd call me back. Tried to waste their time, really annoyed the person on the line. HOORAY!!! PS the name of their company is "Warranty Help Desk" - so they say.

Wow..it seems that this is happening to everyone, how can we stop this...if the FCC rules can't do anything,..can we report them on tv or something...they are driving me nuts every day...I started talking to this guy and as soon as I told him how they can keep calling me if I had already asked to remove my number, and then he just kept talking and hung up on me.

Bunch of losers, again I get called by these lying good for nothing wankers. A good way to piss them off is to say yes to the offer and then get put through to some idiot like Shaun, then string them along until the cruical moment of sale and inform them that you have an existing wattanty and that you do not need theirs. They are so dumb they do not know about current warranties even after I told them my car is a 2007 model. When you get put through to the Agent they have to pay the call centre a fee for them putting through a call. I do not care that this cost me time and money it was just great to hear Shaun call me a dumb ass for wasting his time. Oh such a shame I took up some of his time. Dasy answer dude do not call me ever. I wish I was brave enough to hide behind a blocked number.

Marjorie Gilbert has nothing to do with this "warranty" call everyone is getting. Her number has been stolen to be used as a way to show up as a legit number on people's cell phones. Please leave her alone and do not call the number back, she has probably been harassed double what any of us have been because of these automated calls. Just call your phone company or repot it to the Federal Communications Commission being sure to tell them that the call is not from the number that is showing up in your caller ID.

I keep getting calls from this company as well. Today the number shows as 870.238.0936 - I asked over and over the same thing. They will not give you any company info what so ever. I asked if I could fax or mail something in writing asking to be removed and they basically told me "that you have been removed" and hung up. Although I have asked them this every time they call! They have called my cell phone number once a day for the past month. Its driving me crazy. Any help with this would be great! Thanks in advance!

"Warranty Help Desk Inc." is driving me crazy! They call me constantly. Finally, I pressed 1 to get connected to someone and they wouldn't give me a name, phone number, website, anything! The woman said that they are an outgoing call center and don't have a phone number!!! When I asked to be removed from the list, they hung up on me! I am so tired of this!!

When I receive the calls, my caller ID simply says "Call"
No phone number ever comes up.

These calls are not coming from the number shown in the caller ID. I know the owner of that line personally, and she isn't making these calls. Please do not call the number - call the FCC or someone that can stop the caller ID spoofing. Thanks for your help.

They called several times on my cell phone, even though my number is known (so I have thought) only to my immediate family.
When I tried to call back, I got the busy tune.
Seems fishy.

This is a Warranty Service Company that seems to have no regard for the do not call requirements (you can't call cell or business numbers), and they hang up on you when you try to push them for more information.

He told me the FCC rules don't apply since he's not selling anything. So I asked him if they were giving away warranties, to which he replied "no". My response, of course, was "So, you're selling something, then and the FCC rules apply."

The guy today gave me a name (Jack Montavo) with "Warranty Help Desk, Inc." which (oddly enough) doesn't seem to pull up anything in Google searches.
