I never had service from Honda done on my vehicle but this number has called me at least a dozen times. I never answer and they never leave a voice mail. When I called the number, they said they had something important to discuss regarding my vehicle and then put me on hold for too long. When they finally answered, it was a call center and they said they represent several dealers. I hung up.
