I told them not to record my number. Only use it to confirm service appt for their crappy technology. They put it in their database anyway. Liars AND idiots.

I never answer and they never leave a message. I know it is Charter because of previous calls. Charter is the worst. They call all the time. I want to cancel my service but do not have an alternative.
