Recorded "Sarah" from "Consumer services" calling about "your credit card account". I don't have credit of any kind.

Received a voicemail with a cutoff recording and all it says was" your eligibility expires today consider this your final notice. Press 1 to be connected to a live operator". No mention of who they were or for what I am "eligible"...sounds sketchy to me.
