Just got a call from 619-207-4131 no name given, saying he had my address and SS# on file as an unpaid debt for a credit card HSBC. I have had no credit cards for over 7 yrs. I was upset he called me at work. I settled all my debt over 6-7 yrs. ago. I blocked the number, but it came up local # in my home city.
