automated telemarketer, very annoying... called me twice today

I just got a call from this scammer, and my caller ID identified it as a cell phone number. Not only that, but it played the VERY SAME recording I've received from a couple other numbers in the past few days telling me that Obama had signed new laws so if I was behind on my mortgage I could qualify under this program...blah, blah, blah. And when I say the same, I mean the recording of a woman's voice, her tone and the inflections in her speech, the option to press "8" to opt out, etc. were EXACTLY the same. So if anyone else sees this number on their phone, rest assured it is nothing but one of those low-life scammers trying to get your money. Ignore them, or better yet, block them on your phone. Because heaven knows being on the DNC list doesn't mean squat and we have to take matters up with our own hands!
