Although I still find this UNKNOWN number from California VERY ANNOYING!, I noticed that "Nielsen Research INC" is actually located out in Florida as the main reason why this unknown number registers as "San Diego California"! Therefore, the real working number for "Nielsen Research INC" is 1-800-237-6493 and report this unknown call as a survey SCAM FRAUD!
