Getting sick of these people calling my phone!!!!! I pressed the number to get through to talk to someone. I told them to take my name off of their list and I was informed that they dont have a list. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said they dont have any available. I told them I'm on the do not call list and they keep calling my phone. Going to call the FCC tomorrow and lodge a formal complaint.

This is what the prerecorded message says:
Hi. This is Kelly at credit card services. I'm calling with an important announcement about your credit card account. This is our third attempt at reaching you. Our records indicate that you have been overpaying interest. Right now, we have you qualified to reduce your interest payment. To as low as two point nine percent. And cut your monthly payments in half. If you want to cut your monthly payment, lower your interest rate, and consolidate to one monthly payment, press one now. Again, this is your final chance to participate. So press one now.

It is an automated message that advises you can roll all your credit cards to a lower interest rate and says to press 1 to speak with someone or 2 to decline and to consider this your final warning. I pressed 1 and advised to remove me froma call list and was the gentleman that answered the phone immediately hung up on me. I have received these calls monthly for the last several months with no luck in being removed from call list as my number is already registered witht he DNC registry. At this time, I have no credit cards as I filed bankruptcy 2 years ago.
