LOW COST CREDIT; WE'VE BEEN GETTING THIS CALL FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT NUMBERS. WHEN YOU ASK TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR LIST THEY HANG UP ON YOU OR SHOUT "NO". IF YOU CALL THE NUMBER BACK IT IS EITHER BUSY OR GOES TO VOICEMAIL. VOICEMAIL SAYS "SERVICE" AND THAT THE BOX IS FULL. IF YOU "GOOGLE" THE PHONE NUMBER YOU CAN SEE A NUMBER OF PEOPLE HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE. PLEASE SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN.

They say 'nothing is wrong with your account.....' They want to help by giving a better credit card rate. Don’t have any account with them. Receiving 2-4 calls a day from these guys. The pre-recorded messages to the cell phones are using minutes from our plan – that is illegal.

Lower rates of interest on my credit card.

automated call stating lower credit card interest rates were available to me but I must press one to speak with an operator. So I pressed one. The operator asked me if I was interested in decreasing my interest rate. I responded yes but asked if he could call my "land line" since the number they called was my cell phone. (this has happened numerous times before and I have been trying to bate them a bit more to get more information about the company to help the FCC with the investigation). The operator immediately hung up. I called the number back(which never usually works) but it went to a non identifiable voicemail that was completely full.

Advertised to low interest rates on recording. I spoke with agent who asked me for account details on credit cards.

Tehy want to consolidate any credit cards bills I might have. I have none.

Told me I qualified to lower my credit card interest rates. Said to press 1 to speak to someone. Got "Steven" on the line; he asked if I was calling to respond to their offer. Rather than answering his question, I asked for the company name and he told me "Account Services for Visa and Mastercard". When I asked for their mailing address, he hung up.
