The message was trying to get us to lower our credit card interest rates and tried to make it sound like the message was from a credit card company that we currently use but did not state a name. We have received the same prerecorded messages to both of our personal cell. phones before from the same place (we know this because the messages are the same). One time I selected the option to speak to someone and when I did and informed them they are not to be calling us they hung up on me. And every time they call its using a different number so we can't block the number.
