Lowering the interest rate of my credit card accounts. Started as a recorded message - I pressed "1" to talk to a representative and politely asked that they remove my number from their list and promptly was hung up on. I called back and got a "full" voicemail box. This is the second instance, but I don't think it was the same number. It tells you to press one if you want to lower your credit card rate and it has to be above a certain amount. They want all your personal information.They won't give you a chance to tell them not to call because they will hang up before you can finish telling them. They have so many numbers that I just quit answering my phone but it's becoming annoying when your phone is ringing all day and it's them. They have even called me at 8.30 am and 9.05 pm but they call all day on both phones from different numbers and their cell numbers.
