I called home (Chula Vista, CA) from Philadelphia area on my sister's private phone. The caller ID on my home phone showed 1 619-308-0882.

Calls nine times a day on my fiancés phone and will only respond to a males voice. all other calls are hang ups when i answer. we have asked the same male with an arabic accent to stop calling as well and he also mentioned that he was responding to a grant application. he calls from another number as well which is 619 308 0883.

Always calling 4-5times a day. Claiming to be from a gov. Grant agency responding to an application. I never filled out an application and have asked them to stop calling. Arabic speaking male. I trace the line. The call comes from a private residence by cell.
