I have received a call from this number 619-309-1891 today before 2 hrs ago asking me to pay by debit card or credit card for getting advertising in Facebook page for my new business startup. 1st offer $395 per/month, then half price. What more I observed is 1st person on chat was a chinese guy can easily make out by the way he speaks. Whatever he offered his intention was to take the payment at this time only.
