Midland Credit- Call received 12/4/19 Identified herself but couldn't understand due to heavy foreign accent. I did not verify who I was so she wouldn't tell me what she was calling about. They are a collection company, trying to collect on a debt already reported as being identity fraud. I receive calls from them 4-5 times a week from different numbers. This was the first time for this number, but since then show 3 unanswered calls from this same number.

I received call from this number she talked very fast and I asked her why she was calling me, Midland credit, she said and when i repeated it I said I don't have an account with you why are you calling me? she said it was a poor line breaking up and calling me rebecca so i said I am not rebecca you have the wrong number and hung up

These people were trying to collect a debt from someone I know and Iam not a consigner nor authorized to deal with it. And besides, the debt was opened and probably in collections prior to me knowing this person. They are unethical.
