Spam Credit Card caller.

This is the 2nd time in about a 3 day period a Call Control blocked call got through by going around to my voice mail! Fix your app so it stops!
Really! Somebody calling with a name like "Much Mouthed Cred Card Scammers" is consider "spam"?? NO! It is a SCAM with the sole object of getting some non-alert person to give them their personal identity and financial information to CRIMINALLY steal it!
It was a different robo voice (albeit female) who says your credit card account balance us okay however " they" need to take about the interest on the account.
Why would I legitimately get a call like this? I WOULDN'T!!! I choose NOT to use credit cards, therefore I have no account, no balance and no interest to deal with!
I blocked this number once before with Call Control. If your app can't handle blocking these calls and call them what they are... SCAMS then why do I have your app & service??
It's beyond annoying for these calls to come to start but even more so when you get it AGAIN after using your block!
Where is law enforcement? It is a criminal act to steal one's personal identity and financial information to use it God knows where or how! Make it STOP! I have now booked this number twice!!!
