I had received a call from Alex Watson and letting me know I had criminal charges filed against me and left a claim number. Told me I needed to call back with attorney. I need to take this matter seriously. The called number came from 619-378-0051. How can I report this scam to FBI.

I had a voicemail left from an Officer Alex Watson. Very hard to hear or understand. Sounded like she was from the Internal Youth Services regarding a riminal case against me & that my lawyer should call immediately or I would be put in jail. I called the # back & got a middle eastern man whose accent was so thick I could not understand him. I asked to speak with someone else & he hour very rude & angry & said I was going to jail & hung up. I called back. Got the same man. He said to call Monday or just go to jail. He did have my full name though which is concerning.

they called me too saying something about a criminal case involving the irs being filed. he also "wished me a good luck as the situation unfolds on you". clearly a scam.

This time old Alex Watson had a voice changer, because his tone kept going up and down. One second he sounded like a little girl the next like an alien.

Alex Watson called, could not understand English message left. I called number back a john Anderson answered threatened me with criminal law suit by IRS, told him could not understand, then he said I would be hauled to jail tomorrow SCAM.

thanks guys for the update just got the rude message from alex watson telling me i owe taxes and i dont and im going to jail i called back very rude to see what was going on then i hung up to search the number!! scam!! scam!! scam!! scam!! wow i was like really afraid i was in trouble but i have never received any letters in the mail!!! i wish i could make a police report!!

I got the same call and i knew right away it was a scam because 4 mo ago i got a call like this saying the same thing from a Allen Jones heave Indian accent the first one had me worried cus i did owe a back tax but i paid it they told me it was from 2008 and it was 3000$ I asked didn't you get my payment .they put me on hold and i could hear them talking in indian in the back ground i asked the to give me a couple hours to get there money they said i had to pay tonight or tomorrow i would be arrested at my work.After that i looked up the number and found a lot of notes on this. after i called this guy back and told them my attorney was the FBI they hung up.i called back saying i was a fbi agent getting complaints from this number they hung up.

sam just found the same message what a joke. they can't even be different in all of these were is the fed's like always out having fun doing nothing!!!!

I couldn't tell exactly what the accent was, either Indian or Middle Eastern. Here's the message which was somewhat entertaining, especially the last sentence:

"This is officer Alex Watson calling from legal department of Internal Revenue Service. This is in reference to a criminal suit filed against... Your case number is 3H9446. The moment you receive this message, I need you or your attorney of records to return the call. This {muffled} extremely time sensitive. My phone number is 619-378-0051. Do not ... disregard this message and do return the call. Now if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either, then the only thing I can do is wish you a good luck as the situation unfolds on you."

The last sentence really gave it away, I'm just afraid that when their grammar gets better, more people may fall for this kind of scam.

I just received a phone regarding the criminal lawsuit against me. I couldn't understand the recorded message but it said that this is the Officer Alex Watson from the (-------) calling regarding criminal lawsuit against me, I or my attorney must call back. It worried me but i thought to google immediately to see who called me,

Didn't catch his name do to his heavy Indian or pakistan accent, I called the 619-378-0051 and he told me he was with the legal department of the IRS I said I needed proof that he was with the IRS and then he said I was going to jail for 3 years and hung up. Very special in deed,

OMG! I just received a call from a guy called Alex Watson. He said I had a criminal charges against me and that tomorrow I would be arrested at my place of employment.. He said my charges is regarding back taxes and I should get an attorney as funds would be garnished from my work. I did not received any document from the IRS stating I owe any funds. So I googled this phone number and found out that I am not alone in this scam... Thanks to all that report this scammer, now I know he is a fraud. I wish there something we could about this...

Yes, I was also called with identical information. If legit, the IRS would send you a letter -- and not be rude, IF they needed to speak to you. SPAM!! SPAM!! A ruse. The FCC link does not work.
