This is a tax scam. He had called several times. Please report to FBI.

I got same call today.... same case number listed above and said on vm this is officer alex watson best return his call or my attorney bestcall back its time sensitive and if they dont get call back then wishes me best of luck. When call # back 6193780051 some victor cooper answers... sayin officer cooper with irs criminal charges filed against me. Wish me luck as unfolds around me....very rude yelling at me when i say i cant hear word u say but i hear persons behinde u. He hangs up. How they get a persons cell phone #? Really is it a lie....or spam

Got the call today (3/11/15) at 4:02pm Mountain Time in AZ. Same message as everyone else. I didn't answer my cell (yes, my cell phone phone was called) as I didn't recognize the number and don't know anyone in San Diego. Voicemail said the same thing as everyone else has stated above - Officer Alex Watson from the IRS, calling regarding criminal lawsuit, I or my attorney must call back, gave same case number everyone else listed and then wished me luck going forward as "situation unfolds" around me if I or my attorney don't call back.

Never ever call this number back!!! I have no doubt doing so confirms your information and/or verifies they called a working number. This is the absolute worst type of unwanted phone call I have ever received. The FBI link given above may be a good place to report, but I found the site annoying and difficult to navigate trying to report cell phone/phone scams. I report to the FCC. I got a call from them saying I have a lawsuit from the IRS. I told them they were full of crap.

I received this same message. I told him not to call me again. He told me that the police would be coming to arrest me.

I just got the same call and not sure what he wanted and all he kept saying was alex Watson...and he was from the IRS....and he kept asking my name and I was not about to give that to him and he told me that case number of 3H94436...wow really did not ever know the IRS calls people now

Just got the call about five minutes ago dating same case number and I too will be going to jail.

Yes....Alex called me as well. I ignored it and he left a voicemail. Are they on these guys are what?

I just had a voicemail with the same type of message. Same case numbers as noted above. Said if I don't call back all he can do is, " wish me luck as the situation unfolds around me". It really was laughable. I hope no one falls prey!

I just got this stupid message from Alex Watson that sounded like a robot that a criminal case is filed against me with case number CH94436 of 3H94436. Why can't the government track this group down and put them in jail for life.

He just called me today 2-20-2015 threatened to send me to jail.

my client got a call from this number. Officer William told him he had a warrant for not paying back taxes and was going to get arrested.

This is scam. IRS won't call you directly. They will send you notices first.

Same as above & my case number is the same too! 3h94436 and his name is Alex Watson... Isn't there something they can do about this crap!!!
