I get calls and I talked to someone says they are a construction co. Caller if shows hesth

I have recieved 4 calls in 4 days but they never left a message. When i call back it is a recording saying " you have reached marketing dept". I never answer calls directly unless i know who it is due to all these scams and robot calling systems.

Second time they called me asking for someone I have never heard of. I asked to be put on the go not call list on the prior call and today they call again and I ask to be put on the do not call list. I call number back and it goes to an automated system.
