I was not the intended recipient just shooting in the dark!

very rude demanding intemidating and persistent kept claiming I would be sued for unpaid payday loans and that I would go to jail and my kids would be taken away

Called my work and left a message stating a name of Kelly Smith and is was a legal emergency. Would not leave any more details. Harrassing call at work is very annoying and I wish they could legally be stopped.

Says his name is brian jackson but has a very strong accent hard to understand sometimes says he works for a law firm Ryan McKinsey out of California calls like 5 times in a row and says I received money from a payday loan place and did not pay back.I never got a payday loan do not have a checking account that they said they deposited 200.00 in,Now they are sending the police for me Monday and having me arrested right in my own front yard ooooo I am shaking in my shoes they are a fraud.Looked up the so called lawyer out of California can not find him because he is no where to be found.These people are a big scam trying to scare people out of money.Oh yeah they also said they were calling from California when actually this is a Missouri prefix liars liars.

This numbert call my cell 10 x's in a row. And leaves no messgae. Very annoying
