I got a call from a guy thats from india at 12:30pm on feb 11,2015 I answered and he asked for the previous owner of my number and said he was preapproved for a loan and I said who he didnt want to answer me but still stayed on the line after many hellos. There was lots of noise in the back ground..So I cused him out and hung up on him
