This call is a scam. It appears to be originating from a scam artist collection agency who buys extremely old debts for one-tenth of a penny per dollar that have been expired and are already passed the statutes of limitations for any court action. If they can fool people to pay, they can make money. They buy local numbers to make people think that they are legit. The numbers are coming from: 619-610-163X. The last number that they have used was 619-610-1638 and once this site starts tagging their number as scam, they start a new number in that range.
