Harris won't give up. He changes the number and keeps calling and calling and calling and calling.
This number is from The Harris Group-I too have received several calls from them I did not answer-I answered today-dealing with SDG&E - ended call with a 35% discount on my monthly bill-I will see a change-if not, I will classify them as spam-they had all the correct info on my SDG&E account-Sometimes it pays to answer unwanted calls-
