Threatnes and says hes gonna arrest me from my work place if I dont call them back

This person left a message saying if I did not call and pay restitution I would be arrested at my place of work. I called back and he told me that he was calling from the Law offices of John Hill and his name was Attorney John Marsh. Every time I asked what this was pertaining to, he told me not to interrupt and if I interrupted again he would call the police. He told me that I had used one of my email accounts to access money and have deposited into my bank account but did not give any details. He said that the total amount was over $4000 but if I paid $345 the charges would be dropped and I would not be arrested. He told me to go Walgreens or Walmart to purchase a Visa card and he would hold on the line while I did this and prepare my paperwork for the collection of the money. That's when I got wise and handed my phone to a nearby police officer. The officer inquired about the call and the man said we will have to figure out a different way to deal with this lady and hung up.

Caller said I was going to be arrested at my workplace if I did not call him back.
