This company calls me at east 10 times a day and thats on a good day. They call from 7am to 10pm. They leave a message (at times) and state if you call them back they might have some help that they can provide to help you catch up, and then when you call they say they cant help and when am I going to make a payment. I then recieve another call 10 minutes later.

I have had an account with them for 2 1/2 years. I have never been late the whole time I've had an account with them. They call my cell phone at least 10 times per month, even though I'm not late! I've called the main Santander Consumer phone number and informed them not to call me unless I'm actually late. I talked to Amica. The number that keeps calling is 1-619-757-1242. The main number is 1-888-222-4227. When they call from the 619 number, they hang up, never leaving a number.

These jerks call my cell phone and office phone at least 10 times or more per day. The payments are being made and they still continue to call!

lol I use a app to block them lol..All the number that is blocked 6197571242 19087830471 14693855260 2145402035 18882224227..They call and I put them on the block list. love it.

I have continuously asked this company not to call me at work. I've written them letters asking them not to call me at work, and they continue to do that. I am now going to report them to the Atty General for the State of Texas and the Federal Trade Commission. I don't know what else to do.

Santander USA routinely violates the Federal Debt Collection Proction Act (FDCP-Act). You should go to the following URL to view the document, especially section 806 on harrassement or abuse.

I think for what I could get from the automatic system, they finance cars. I have never done any business with this company, but they have an account with my company's phone number? how can that happen?. I asked to be removed, let's see what happens!

Happy story, I just refused to pay them. My car was totaled and insurance did not pay completely off, so they cant repo anything. I did have gap coverage but they dont seem to undersatand that. But it is still fun to have them call and not care.

These people are rude and call all of the time. They took over the Citi payments and even if you have a payment scheduled they still call until 9-10pm. I wish they would leave you alone.

These people call day and night from blocked and all different numbers. I get a voicemail that they can help me because I was laid off and behind. When I called another person says they can not help me and what's the reason. Yes, I am one month behind and having a hard time catching up. They are ruthless!!! With all the bailouts what about a bailout for people behind due to the economy. It's bad enough but these people really kick you when you are down!!

My husband and I have had nothing but trouble since these idiots bought out our loan from Citi. They are very rude, and call over 5 times a day from different numbers on my cell and our home phone. We are behind, but continue to make payments each month and each month it never fails they call and want to know the reason and don't understand and are so rude I eventually hang up on them. I have gotten to the point to which I don't answer their calls unless I am mailing a check that day and I give them the check details and nothing else. JERKS...

Whatever number you call them from they some how manage to obtain that # and they will start calling you there. If you don't want them to call any important #'s you should use a pay phone!! I almost got suspended from my job because they kept calling, and no matter how many times I told them to stop they kept calling. I called them again and talked to a woman who told me that *it's not her fault, she isn't the one calling my work* and that *it was clearly noted on my account not to call my work # so she didn't know why someone called* when I asked what she was going to do to stop it she said there was nothing she could do because it already said not to. So I told her she should be able to do something because she worked there! She said there was nothing more she could do. I asked to speak to a Supervisor she rudely said *there is no one to talk to* and hung up on me!!! Luckily enough the calls stopped coming!!! Grrrr these people are ***holes!!! I'm going to try to get my credit union to finance the loan...rather than deal with these people. I don't even bother to answer the phone when they call! Thank goodness for caller ID!! Oh and to boot....I am only 7 days late!!! My husband is laid off and I AM paying, just usually a week or two late because I get paid every otner week!

I have been extremely unhappy with this company since they took over my 2 car loans from Citi. When I call, I have gotten numerous people who barely speak the English language enough to understand what I am telling them! I have also gotten three different answers to the exact same question everytime I have called. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing....

I refinanced with a local lender and these morons are still hounding me for a for loan they no longer carry. Go figure ! I have a feeling this organization is repo-ing vehicles for a chop-shop.
Need to get the state Attorney General involved to investigate these people.

They (Drive FInancial/Santader) call atleast 3 times a day. One time they called me 6 times in one day. 3 times on the cell and 3 on the house phone. I am behind in my payment but continue to pay them and they continue to call and most of the time are very rude towards me.

I have the same issue with them. They have an error on my account since August when they bought Citi Financial and they still havent fixed my account. I am furious with this company. They are very rude.

Santander Consumer USA. Car loan through them. I'm current, pay the bill on time, early even. They still call and call and call. I just ignore them, but I wish I had a "silent" ring tone on my cell phone.

Try this, Save their number in your cell as a contact. scroll up when you do and you will have the feature to set the "ring tone" Set it to "no ring" and it will not bother you again. It will take a few times because they have about 15 different numbers they call under.

They call saying that they are looking for some guy. I have requested that they remove my number from their list, but they keep calling at all hours of the day from different numbers. What can I do to stop them?

I don't even have credit with them. They call for some guy I've never know, at all hours, every day. They say the'll take care of this, but keep calling.

When I purchased my vehicle several years ago with Drive Financial the interest rate was extremely high since I had limited credit history. Approximately a year later I began receiving bills and rude cold calls from Santander of which I ignored since I had not been notified that they purchased Drive Financial. Since that time, they call me 3-4 times a day even when my due date is weeks away and/or when they have that month’s payment. What bothers me most of all is the only way you can submit a payment is via Western Union (an additional $10 cost). They don’t even have an electronic transfer number like most utility companies. Furthermore, my credit union cannot even verify that they are a reputable company. At this point I am upside down in my loan & cannot get approved for a new loan since they have ruined my credit unjustly. STAY AWAY FROM SANTANDER!

You can pay your bill online with Santander which is how I do it and it only costs $5.00 instead of $10. I do agree however with all the negative feedback on their "collection" calls, they do call many times a day and from a different number everytime. The only true customer service that can help you will call from 888-222-4227, anyone calling from any other number is just someone who works from home making calls on their computer printouts and they don't know anything because they cannot access your file, they have your name, number and address only they cannot access any notes on your account where you may have already talked to someone, THEY can't add any notes for any arrangements you may have made, they get a commission for every payment they collect on the call. So don't waste your time talking to anyone except from that 888 number.
