This company calls me at east 10 times a day and thats on a good day. They call from 7am to 10pm. They leave a message (at times) and state if you call them back they might have some help that they can provide to help you catch up, and then when you call they say they cant help and when am I going to make a payment. I then recieve another call 10 minutes later.
I have had an account with them for 2 1/2 years. I have never been late the whole time I've had an account with them. They call my cell phone at least 10 times per month, even though I'm not late! I've called the main Santander Consumer phone number and informed them not to call me unless I'm actually late. I talked to Amica. The number that keeps calling is 1-619-757-1242. The main number is 1-888-222-4227. When they call from the 619 number, they hang up, never leaving a number.
These jerks call my cell phone and office phone at least 10 times or more per day. The payments are being made and they still continue to call!

lol I use a app to block them lol..All the number that is blocked 6197571242 19087830471 14693855260 2145402035 18882224227..They call and I put them on the block list. love it.
I have continuously asked this company not to call me at work. I've written them letters asking them not to call me at work, and they continue to do that. I am now going to report them to the Atty General for the State of Texas and the Federal Trade Commission. I don't know what else to do.
