Credit Card interest rates from multiple phone numbers. I have a log of a minimum of 18 calls from Oct.16, 2012 through Dec.15, 2012. I have pressed the number on these calls to remove the number and have called back once to have the number removed. These call continue and 2 calls have caused the line to remain busy after a hang-up on the answering machine. This number has been listed on the do not call listing since July 10, 2010.
Rachel from Cardholder Services robocall. This was call #29 from Rachel at 1-914-594-9023 at 9:09 AM. I have dates, times and phone numbers going back to the beginning of this year. Below are listed calls #28 thru #26. Call #25 was on 11/07/2012 from 1-609-318-9785. Note that call #26, below, was on THE SAME DAY AS CALL #25!! #26 was from 1-914-594-9011. #27 from 1-914-594-9052. #28 from 1-516-472-9017. Do you see the pattern?
The numbers from calls #22, #23 and #24 are listed below.
I've filed numerous complaints with the FTC, but that agency has not had the courtesy to respond to my complaints. I hope the FCC will be more responsive to my complaint and my request for some form of response.
I retired from the FCC some 10 years ago, after over 29 years with your agency - the old S&SRSB and the EOT Lab.
By the way, after having completed this on-line comlaint form, it is far superior to the complaint form on the FTC's Web site!
