Recorded message with "Last warning offering to reduce my high credit card rates" (which is not true because I don't pay any interest charges) and to push button to talk to agent. They have called dozens of times all hours of the day. I have asked every time to take me off their list or to talk to a supervisor or to their legal department and they just hang up. I want them stopped and severely penalized to the maimum allowed by law. They get me very upset. I also want to know the results of your investigation.

Last chanch to reduce credit card rates. I have tole them to stop about 20 times. They respond with vulgar comments and say it will keep happening.

The prerecorded messages says it is Card Services to reduce interest rates. They call many numbers almost daily at all hours including weekends. I have pressed "2" to be removed but the phone just hangs up. I am on the do not call list & the credit opt out lists.

Final notice to reduce my credit card bills. Receive this msg at least once a month...with NO way to opt out. Its a cell phone, and msg is "mailbox full" if you try to leave a msg
