How many AT&T are out especially from Santa Diego and I would be directed to there main office in Northern California since I'm from there. country to Contact FTC, FCC, DHS, FBI and NSA as well as your
State Attorney General to hold them accountable
for the crime against U.S.A. citizens.

No Need for the DoNotCall Registry as it is after 15+
years is still an ineffective service.
Reporting these calls on certain web sites claiming to
wanting to know your angst are only helping those
who have created the sites to make $$$ and have a job.
They are not resolving the issue for citizens for free...
just being the "problem" and part of the "problem".

Companies need to do some heavy vetting processes
on their hired technology specialists as there could
be "bad actors" with work-VISAs or citizens that
are perpetrators of these tactics (Robo-Spam-Scam-Spoofed)
calls with a ploy/plot to increase demand for software
application services to become millionaires/billionaires
or infuse/fund their terrorists activities.

Also all of this not-necessary/unnecessary distraction
could be a ploy in itself from more meaningful issues.

Looks like at&t would put a stop to this. Maybe haressment charges against at&t would help.

Claimed to be ATT.... When you get any kind of unsolicited calls (robo generated or not) and you get a live person from the caller, when they greet you or ask you a question you just respond "What do you lying cork soakers want to scam me out of today?" If they respond or not just keep repeating your opening phrase over and over and over whatever they say or try to respond with. Do this until THEY hang up. If we all respond like this to all unsolicited and illegal calls they will soon get the message. I do this with all unsolicited illegal calls whether if is from Microsoft about computer errors, the IRS or someone wanting to sell back braces or "Rachel" from credit card services. I am on the DO NOT CALL list so that makes them fair game Try it!
