Heavy hitter on Google as well. He calls people at work and home and states in many different ways on how they will arrest you or another person near you.

a guy who has heavy foreign accent said something about lawsuit , it scary me in the first place. but he tells me about pay them to make thing "disappear", then I know it`s a scam.
Also, he calls me twice. he is rude and meam.
