Called warning that if I did not return the call I would have a warrant from a magistrate judge Daniel Rodger. Intentional second attempt Federal Criminal offense. Scam!

foreign sounding guy about second notice of criminal action. failure to acknowledge or reply will result in federal legal action. definitely scam from scum. In most legal matters this severe you would be notified by certified mail.

Got a call today -- same number, same name. said failure to call back is considered a second offense. did not ask for a specific person to talk with -- dead giveaway of multiple calls.

Called my cell phone number. Left voice mail of criminal activity, tax issues, and I needed to call them back right away to avoid getting into trouble . This is a real scammer number.
