At the DNC site, there is a link to the opt-out form. You must fill it out electronically, then print out the last form and sign it. There is a mailing address and they say it takes about 30 days after receipt.

This form will prevent everyone from browsing your credit profiles on each of thd bureaus and getting your number. Right now they can look at basic demographics wo dinging your credit.

I have a fraud alert and security freeze on my profiles, but that apparently isnt enough. After submitting this # to the complaint dept, I read the link on how they get my info. Thats where I did the opt out.

I've gotten calls from this person (singular, note that) every day M-F, last week. I'm done. I'm trying to figure out how to block this person from calling me. It's the same woman every time.

Same here. Asked which bank was backing up credit card and they immediately hung up. On my cell phone. I'm on the Do Not Call Registry. How do you report this crap.
