They are trying to get you to validate a past loan. Many times over ten years old. This is clearly out of the statute of limits but if you don't validate, they could still file with you local jurisdiction so I would also check your local court clerk to see if anyone has filed because when you hear about it, they will be servicing you. Happened to me a few years back.
